Aug 31, 2017 Chrome is showing printer not installed on pc. If you go to manage the chrome printers in chrome browser, can you remove it? Scroll down to google cloud print - manage then under my devices hit manage. Then see if you can delete it from in there. If it only shows up when printing from chrome then it has to be saved in the chrome browser.
Hey Guys Weird issue here. I have a Dell latitude running Windows 10 printing over the network to a Ricoh Aficio printer. All programs I have tested so far are able to print EXCEPT google chrome (which of course my customer HAS to use). When printing from chrome, the print menu opens correctly, it is able to see the correct driver, and no errors are thrown when I click print. But the job seems to never be added to the print queue. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the known good driver, using the print using system dialogue option, and just about everything else I could think of. Has anybody ever seen this issue before??
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
